Harmast is an Alakoring from a hill tribe in  the Lunar Province of Aggar.

As a mercenary, he initiated to the war god Humakt and found himself fighting in Sartar/Prax.

There, he found himself feeling more empathy for the Heortling enemy than the Lunar Heartlanders around him. He found their cause honourable and, when his company was ordered to its destruction by a foolish official, he allied his sword to the Sartarites.
