Tall and thin the man known as Asterius Torvali didn't look like much.  His hat and blocky glasses obscured his face and his tenor voice warbled as if on the cusp of puberty.  Sure he had some light armour on and a few weapons...a sword and a bow-type thing, didn't every problem solver?
