Presumed dead. Auroem was one of the founding members of the governing council. He represented the Academy of Magic in the city of Redstone and was responsible for securing magical artifacts presumed to be lingering somewhere in the Smoldering Moor. He was part of the first expedition, which journeyed into the moor 19 years ago and never returned. He has been replaced on the Council by his apprentice, Modred.
