Presumed deceased. Jaak was the captain of the explorers who founded Tukoa 20 years ago. He was a founding member of the governing council and led the first expedition into the Smoldering Moor. Nobody from that expedition ever returned. He has been replaced on the Council by his younger brother, Edweard.
