Meira is the barkeep at the Tiger's Tail. She is an elf, but without the aloof personality so often associated with that race. Instead, she is fair-minded without prejudice, speaks her mind, and is generally accepted in town although not highly respected. The general townsfolk consider her a common laborer and she demands no more from them than that.
