Bam Krul

Bam Krul is an Orc, and possesses all the rage and tenacity that stereotype dictate her people are naturally endowed with. However, she is so much more than the sum of her genes. She has a focus in her work that would impress even the most dedicated of Android servants. There is something about the rush of combat that brings a clarity and thrill to her life that she can not find in any other endeavor. That doesn't mean that she doesn't try to fill her life with those moments when not on the job. Indeed, she can be quite hedonistic during her free time when she wants to be. Which is practically all the time. But the most notable quality of her character is her eternally jovial and boisterous demeanor. Even when she is engaged in the wetwork of private security, or the dirty work for Zenniledie Labs.

Bam Krul has already achieved a major goal by freeing herself from her Drow owners on Apostae. But her family is large. She hopes to make enough credits to purchase her family's freedom, and then set them up with a comfortable life when they achieve that freedom. Perhaps purchase a nice plot of land and a homestead on Castrovel.

Like most Orcs, Bam Krul was born on Apostae into a life of bondage. Her entire family, and indeed her wider Clan, were slaves in the service of many Drow Houses. Bam was born to serve House Zudrux for life. She was quickly chosen for her, for an Orc, good looks and fierce attitude to be a bodyguard for one of the House's many daughters. To that end she was drilled in all the arts of violence known to the drill instructors of House Zudrux. To the point that Bam was already protecting Lady Niscusso Zudrux by the age of sixteen. Her life probably would have been discarded as a used tool after a brief and brutal life of slavery, but fate had other plans. Lady Niscusso had business on Akiton and brought Bam for protection. However, during their stay Lady Niscusso overindulged in one of her many viced and died of an overdose of Dreamshiver. This left Bam alone, and for the first time in her life, free. She quickly disappeared into one of the many mines of Akiton so that the family would not find her. For weeks she worked the fuel mines until she made enough credits to fly offworld. She eventually made it to Absalom Station, where she plied the only trade she knew: violence. But she wanted to be the one in control of who she protected, and earn an honest wage for it. Enter Zenniledie Labs. They were recruiting for an administrative team for a newly discovered world. A dream job if ever there was one. That would take her far from Apostae, and fill her coffers for engaging in the only skill that she has ever known. But that protection would be her choice. She could even quit if she wanted! The future looks bright for Bam, but the galaxy can be a dangerous place. She will need to be on her guard if she wants to see her dreams fulfilled.
