Background:
Kelsie was born on bliss to a pair of normal blissian parents. But she was born with a very high IQ and from infancy, showed a strong love for sound. Scholastically, she was way ahead of her peers every step of the way and got special schooling by the time she was 10. Although she had a wonderful childhood on Bliss, she had a romantic notion of the stars and wanted to explore "out there". So for one of her graduation projects, she assembled a ship that employed one of her favorite inventions; the ability to project sound in the vacuum of space.

Soon after her graduation and getting the title Ejuket, Kelsie took off into space and began a career as an explorer. A few years later, she met a rookie explorer named Tom and quickly befriended the guy, showing him what she learned and joining him on many of his adventures. But that is a tale for another day...


Personality:
Kelsie is an oddball, but a social one. She is playful and friendly. She loves sweets and salads. By sweets, I mean that her ship usually has candy bar wrappers and coke cans littered about. Her breathe stays minty-fresh, however, due to her habbit of spraying her mouth every time she finishes snacking.
Kelsie also fancies herself a detective and psycho-analyst, but she is not. She will often assume things that are merely exaggerations of what she currently knows about someone.


Abilities:
1) Audiologist - Kelsie studies sound and its properties in every conceivable way.

2) Inventor - Kelsie invents technological devices. Though she almost always has some sound theme involved.

3) Ejuket - This title is given to extremely educated blissians. Like most ejukets, Kelsie doesn't brag about it, but she will "pull rank" when she feels people are somehow disrespecting her. While Kelsie's focus may be audiology, Kelsie has a very firm grasp on physics and technology. As an Ejuket, she has experience teaching blissians in these fields


Weaknesses:
1) Eccentric - As a genius, eccentricity comes with the territory. Kelsie can oft act kinda weird.

2) Presumptuous - Despite years among non-blissians, Kelsie still has this habit of assuming blissian rules apply to everyone. For example, she assumes borrowing something is fine as long as you ask and intend to return it. People telling her "no" can sometimes be interpreted as a tease and she will still borrow said item.

3) Pet Ego - People who pet Kelsie's ego, hurl compliments, or otherwise butter her up are automatic friends and can do no wrong. Exceptions include obvious enemies like someone holding a gun to someone innocent.


Misc:
1) Accent - Kelsie has that one accent where her r's are replaced with w's.


Weapons:
1) Phaser - Nothing special, just a ray gun with lethal or stun settings.


Equipment:
1) Sonic Gun - One of Kelsie's inventions, this gun is able to be used as a weapon, a megaphone, a spy mic... if it has to do with directional sound, this device can most likely do it.

2) Standard Stun Gun - Not really an invention, but built by Kelsie anyway. Just a standard ray gun that fires stun beams. It doesn't have a lethal setting.

3) Battery Packs - Kelsie has several "batteries" handy to swap out for the power supply of her equipment. Just in case. Hardly ever needs them, but so what?

4) Spacey Kelsie's explorer ship. She designed this too, but had help building it for expedience. It has a ship-scale version of her Sonic Gun. One of her prized inventions, it is capable of making sound travel in space, allowing her many sound-related options. The other key feature of the ship is that it is the same on all four sides (top, bottom, left and right). Each side has a windshield and a seat. The seats can spin to be at any windshield. Spacey has artificial gravity and artificial anti-gravity, allowing people to get in the seats without feeling pulled the wrong way by gravity. Lastly, as Spacey is Kelsie's explorer ship, the seats can convert into beds, allowing one to sleep comfortably while still at the console. Behind the seats is the standard day-to-day things like changes of clothes, a mini fridge with food/drinks in it, and a refresher! All in the space of 3' x 3' x 2'6".

Awareness: Average. Like most blissians, she has good hearing, but her own genius can be distracting.
Charisma: Below average. She's as scary as an adorable bunny and can't be bothered to use honeyed words.
