Background:
Angel was born on Tharia to a blissian dad named Billy Bard and a black cat mom named Velocity Moore. Velocity was a very dark, very egotistical lady, but fell hard for Billy and knew love for the first time in her life. From this beautiful love story, the two wound up raising their daughter with both of their perspectives on life. While Billy taught Angel a love of music and people, Velocity was training Angel up to be a leader so she could pursue her dreams of leading people into a better life.

Angel joined the Eternity Empire from childhood and rose in rank over the years until at age 16, she was a personal assistant/assassin to Dominus. What he didn't know is that if she deemed someone worthy of living, she would simply give them a new identity/life and move them out of the Eternity system, warning that if they made their being alive known, she would be targeted and killed.

While Angel served Dominus, she gained access to a lot of connections that allowed her to be able to seize power should Dominus suddenly die. And die he did. So in the wake of all the news about the death of Dominus, Angel is quietly executing her take over plan...


Personality:
Angel is ambitious, proud and pragmatic. She wants to climb to great heights (and as Empress of Tharia and Haylor, she has indeed done so) and rule over people. However, she does so out of a desire to put things in order and "do a better job" than the powers that be. She is also a blissian deep down, having a heart that yearns for friendship, love and kindness. But she hides it well and can still give a cold glare to someone who is in tears if she wants to.


Abilities:
1) Empty Mind - For reasons unknown to all but Angel and her parents, nobody can read Angel's mind. Not psychics. Not mages. Not scientists. It just comes up as a blank void as if trying to read a vacuum.

2) Trick Shot Angel is able to hit her mark with anything. A bouncy ball, bow and arrow, or gun. (Examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KU7BpDbaN7A )

3) Street Fighter - Angel knows some solid take-downs, grapples, and flips. About the equivalent of military hand-to-hand fighting.

4) Gunsmith - Angel can build a gun from scratch.

5) Lie Detector - Whether it is a supernatural ability or just very good instincts, Angel seems to always be able to sniff out lies.

6) Musician - Angel can play the harp and can sing. She sometimes makes a tune or two, but mostly just plays her dad's music or traditional tunes.



Weaknesses:
1) Proud - Angel can oft fall into the "I have my pride" issue, which leads to her doing things she didn't need to, wasting her time on something, or "getting even" with someone for a sleight.


Weapons:
1) Yang - Angel's primary weapon is one she designed in her early teen years and refined over the course of the rest of her life. It has two simple switches on the side. One is power output and another is blaster type (plasma or laser).

2) Yin - While it has the same options as Yang, it is smaller and thus has less power (and a smaller battery capacity). Yin is Angel's backup gun, generally hidden under her belt.


Equipment:
1) High End Personal Force Field - This expensive piece of equipment is owned by rich folk and important people. Angel has a dual-layer force field that protects from both lasers and plasma beams.
