He's a skeleton, about six feet tall, and twenty seven pounds.  He doesn't dress up at home, maybe just a robe when entertaining.  When he goes out he has some decent common clothes that he wears in layers to appear skinny instead of skeletal.  He also wears gloves, a deep hood, and a scarf to hide his hands and face.
