Sebhata Jetsoul

While most associate the Daughters of Khaine with the shadows of Ulgu, Sebhata is a sun-scorched native of Aqshy and that fire lives in her. She wears her passions on her skin – most of the time – for her joy shines every bit as brightly as her anger burns, and unlike many of her kin she takes pleasure in more than cruelty, violence and spite. That’s not to say she has no appetite for such things – quite the opposite. Her time among the Kailebron has simply shown her the worth of a little warmth and openness to better mask the darker part of herself, and that darkness is deep indeed. Those who live their lives beneath hellish suns have little choice but to learn to thrive in the shadows after all.

At a glance she’s unmistakably aelvish, towering over most flesh-and-blood mortals at the better part of seven feet tall and graced with that uncanny air of something close to perfection – and the ego to match. Sebhata’s skin is of a gentle honey-gold, her eyes a rich amber, and her hair a river of crimson that turns a bloody scarlet in the right light. Her face is sharp-lined, if not without a little softness, and her smiles range from honest and heartfelt to something sharkish. A good word for her would be mercurial. It only takes her a moment to turn from someone warm, light and at ease to a thing all sharp and jagged edges.

She garbs herself in armour that cedes as much to aesthetics as protection: light leathers and barbed plate that leaves a generous amount of skin uncovered. Two cruel blades hang about her belt in the company of poisons, and even in exile she wears the near-black blues of Khailebron, her armour a dull brass and dark tattoos interweaving with the pale scars on her arms. At times Sebhata likes to hide her face behind a mask, particularly when skulking. It all makes for a look that pins something of the shadows to her even when she walks in the light.

"In serving Khaine the faithful find joy in death. Some of them forget it’s important to find joy in life too.

Me, I've never had that problem..."

-Sebhata Jetsoul, Witch Aelf of Khailebron
