Kaltos Stareye stands a towering figure, over seven feet tall and clad in gleaming Sigmarite armor cut for his imposing presence.  Most of his skin is covered by it, what little shows is almost marble pale and looks to be perhaps as resilient as that stone as well.  His hair is pale gold while his eyes are a cold amber color.  He regards everything about him with detachment and his voice is powerful even as it maintains a low and even tone.  He bears a staff nearly as tall as him, decorated with stars and astral phenomena.
