Telekinesis he can move objects with his mind alone, up to a weight of 500 pounds.
Telepathy he can read surface thoughts, but nothing below those unless the subject is willing. He can send his voice to others mentally, but can also transmit emotions, smells, images. This could cause trauma if the person receiving isnt ready for it for example, a really bad smell could cause severe nausea in the receiver
Teleportation Badger can teleport anywhere he has a clear picture of or has been before. If an object is in the space hes teleporting to, his body will compensate by jigging to the nearest clear space that it can fit in. Anything he carries will go with him, but the object (or person) must be fully in his arms or on his back before they will go. Touching alone will not take the person with him.
Background: Badger grew up in Galway Ireland to an alcoholic abusive father and a cowed, beaten mother. His powers developed early which allowed him to not be there when his Da came looking for him and for him to be able to eat. He ran away from home at the tender age of 14, joined a street gang and was valued for his ability to get into places to rob. He kept quiet about what he could do, as there were still people out there who hated those who were different. His taking ways were a success until he and his gang got caught in a trap when he was in his early 20s. Leaving the others to the tender mercy of the Gardai, Badger got himself out and onto a boat headed for North America.
