Brief Bio: Mariska is a resident of Flagstaff that is not very well liked because of the damage she has done to the local Gangrel. At least two of them are blood bound to her, and many suspect one or two of the Toreador are as well. However, Mariska has proven herself to be difficult to kill while also being useful as a scout against the shifters. She has sided with the locals against Setites and Giovanni in the past too. It should go without saying that Mariska is aware of the Traditions and follows them like any Camarilla kindred. But she is not a member of the Camarilla and holds no official status.


Mariska's exact age is unknown, even to the Nosferatu secret collectors. However she is believed to have been embraced sometimes during the 1960s. Her appearance upon awakening suggests this. Her accent is believed to be Siberian, but she is fluent in several East European languages. This makes it hard for anybody but a native speaker to identify. What most of the kindred around the Flagstaff area do know is that Mariska arrived sometime around the fall of the Berlin Wall. She came with several kindred claiming to be Anarchs, and Brujah fleeing Soviet control and headed towards California. This was a ruse, of course, and was quickly exposed as a Ravnos brood. Mariska is the only survivor of the group.

For all of the obvious reasons, Mariska remains closed lipped about herself. She doesn't seem to have any real influence of her own and outside of humiliating her share of Gangrel she doesn't really bother anyone. Mariska is rarely encountered by anybody who isn't specifically looking for her. This usually means that Mariska's demeanor is impatient and aggressive. Because she travels around campgrounds her attire and attitude often come across as unkempt and rustic.
