Physical Description: Nobutoshi is a solidly built man of fairly average height and weight. He is lean due to his monastic lifestyle, but he is not slight, with noticeable muscles in his chest, arms, and legs. His dress is rather plain- nothing but a goatskin cloak, a small backpack, and a pair of soft boots. In stark contrast to his plain clothing, he has very distinguished features, which betray his upper class background: smooth skin, fine hair, and chiseled features, including narrow eyes, thin lips, and a narrow chin. Unfortunately, these are obscured by a massive scar he sustained in a childhood injury, which runs from his right ear to the corner of his mouth. Nobutoshi carries a staff, which matches his height, and is made of Red Oak.

Background: Born into the upper class, on the Ken family estate in a small town, he has since severed all ties to his past, in the tradition of all Shukenja. He trained at the Black Pagoda from the age of 13 to 23, and is now a wandering priest, who observes a strict vow of poverty. Any wealth he might acquire is donated to the poor or some other worthy charitable cause. He eats no meat and drinks no alcohol.

Personal Details: Nobutoshi is trained in Kung Fu, the Art of the Rokushakubo, religion, calligraphy, reading, writing, herbalism, and falconry. He does not train falcons for his own use, but only for the purpose of presenting as gifts.
