One's first impression on seeing Leila is that she looks soft, almost like a cloud. Her wardrobe is filled with fuzzy sweaters, poofy skirts, sheer blouses and petticoats, and hand-knit stockings, all in delicate and girly pastel shades. She has a curvy, squishable-looking build with blemish-free skin. Her Gaussian look is completed by long platinum blonde hair that curls naturally at the tips. The one out of place element is her mother's cunning, cold aquamarine eyes, which she tries to soften with light pink eyeshadow.

Leila is the fifteen-year-old daughter of weapons tycoon Astral de Pamela, and twin sister of Alex de Pamela. She is kind, supportive, and tolerant, although somewhat distant and spoiled. She is extremely intelligent, possessing a master's degree in medicine on top of her already challenging curriculum. She possesses formidable psychic powers but has stated on several occasions that she believes that she can help humanity better by studying to take over her mother's company some day.
