Rico was born to Gabriel and Isabella Chevalier in the Hawkwood family. He has a younger adopted brother named Jacob. Growing up, he always had everything he needed, and succeeded in social orders: Class President, Most popular in school, Debate, and even Fencing champ. Gabriel raised Rico to follow his footsteps in Knightly Order, and even arranged for him to be Knighted when the time was right, but Rico cared more for time with friends and partying. Hoping to man up Rico, Gabriel sends Rico out on missions.

Everytime Rico was asked to do something, he always brought his best friends with him for help and support:
Scarlett Merovingian of House Trusnikron - His childhood friend . With her tom-boyish looks, she sometimes passes as a male with little effort. She's her daddy's daughter, and has a love of hunting.
Victor Tudor of House Xanthippe, the jock. Victor and Rico played sports together. They initially hated each other, which ended up with a physical fight. After which, they became best friends.
Gavin Heiserman of House Justinian - The brainiac of the group. A noble with a love of tech and games.
Felix Doukas the 2nd of House Juandaastas. Felix was always on Rico's heels. Rico was President, Felix was Vice President. Felix was the wingman to Rico's charge.
