A near perpetually grinning gnome Peir is still fairly youthful, dark-haired without any flecks of grey and with the slightly overly confident manner of one who has left childhood behind but not yet fully realised they do not know anything. Plainly attired with little decorative gear save for the symbol of Garl Glittergood around his neck he could blend in easily with pretty much any other of his kind in a town.
