Dr. Magnus Malarde is about six foot tall and thin, with a mild tan that, in London, likely came from a tanning bed. In his mid to late thirties, he is clean shaven with collar length conservatively styled brown hair and a pleasant, non threating look. He has brown eyes set slightly close and deep and a prominent although not overly large nose.

When out and about he wears a dark blue Arket suit and a traditional tan Burberry trench coat, and carries a large leather messenger bag as his doctors bag.

Physically he is not an imposing man, despite his height.
