Kovann

When you think of dwarves, you think of deep cities under mountains, and warriors clad in thick metal.

What you don't think of is a nearly naked beardless dwarf covered in tattoos, brawling people and creatures for coin, with his hands, feet, and sometimes a battleaxe.

His name, is Kovann.

Why Kovan knows each of his tools:
Disguise kit As part of becoming a travelling gladiator, Kovann gradually learned to enhance his look in fights through adding makeup.
Flute The monastery taught them not only to seek perfection in creation of physical items, but also in the arts. Some learnt to paint, others write, whilst Kovann felt drawn to the flute. Especially when he combined it with his training in glassblowing to make and train with a crystal flute.
Glassblower's tools The heat from the volcano on Gun Galaq not only leads to great smithing, but is also perfect for glasswork. The need for precision and a delicate touch, Kovann was adept learning this.
Herbalism kit The soil on Gun Galaq is extremely fertile thanks to the volcanic ash, leading to lots of plants growing. The dwarves in the monastery were encouraged to spend time on the surface, looking for plants, learning how they can be used to heal, or other properties to be aware of.
Smith's tools All dwarves go into one of three guilds from a young age. The Brewer's Guild, the Masonry Guild, or the Smith's Guild. Due to the volcano on Gun Galaq, the Smith's Guild is the most popular of the three, and this was no exception for Kovann. Learning not only how to smith metal, but mine it, smelt it, and understand the entire production process.
Thieves' tools Aside from being tremendous smiths in Gun Galaq, the skill with metal extends to the creation of traps and locks. By learning how to make them, you learn how to defeat them. And by learning to defeat them, you learn how to make them better.
