Physical Description: Anahera (Ana to her friends) is a tall and lithe and moves with a dancer's grace. A natural beauty she often eschews makeup but is known to wear it at times. She wears her black hair long and has striking eyes that appear hazel at times, blue at others.
Talents & Weaknesses
Skills: Ana is a skilled dancer, gymnast, martial artists, and loves parkour. She was a tomboy growing up and has never lost the wild streak she had. She's always been interested in physical pursuits and trains constantly to keep herself at a peak state. She's well-trained in the skills needed for her position, coming from a family of Wardens and Wizards.
Powers: Ana is a wizard of considerable talent with a particular love for Battle Magic and alchemy.
Vulnerabilities: She has something of a quick temper and little patience for scofflaws. She also seems to despise Black Court vampires for reasons she refuses to divulge.
Under The Hood
Personality: Fun, fun loving, independent, quick-tempered but quick to forgive. She's been described as mercurial which certainly fits but once she makes a friend she makes them for life. She will lay down her life for the people she loves if need be and almost has before. She's something of a sensualist given the danger of her profession and loves to dance, drink, eat, sleep, and engage in one-night stands with men and women. She hasn't given her heart to one person yet but when she does whe'll be a loyal, trustworthy, honest mate.
Backstory: Ana was born in New Zealand to a Maori mother and a Pākehā father. She comes from a long line of Wizards and Wardens (her father's line have been Wardens for many generations) and she was trained in the family business as soon as she could walk. When she came of age she moved to Portland with her family and joined the Order of the Grey Cloak thus continuing the family tradition.
She worked with her father for several years until tragedy struck. They were going after a necromancer who had violated the Fifth Law of Magic when they were set upon by vampires from the Black Court. Ana was savagely attacked but survived. Her father was not so lucky and died in front of her. It was no an easy death nor was it quick. Since then she has been particularly zealous in her pursuit of necromancers who break the laws and vampires.
Connections: She is a well-known Warden with ties to the White Council and the Order of the Grey Cloak. She has also worked with the Summer Court on several occasions and considers some of them friend. She's also made some friends amongst the Wyldfae. She will work with White Court vampires if needed but doesn't consider them friends. Allies of convenience, at best.
