Order Of The Fallen Leaves

The Summary
The Order of the Fallen Leaves is a large band of wyld pixies that have gathered under the banner of Lord Lanuvistë- a retired noble of the Autumn Court, who resides in New York City.
While there are those pixies who the Autumn Lord works with outside of the Order, on occasion, only those who have sworn fealty to him have been allowed entry into this particular band of pixies.
Members of the Order are quite easy to spot, if you know what to look for. Each and every one of them, from the tallest to the smallest dons a set of bronze armor and the weapon of their choice. If that was not enough to give them away, when they are traveling in packs, some carry flags made of torn cloth and others carry small bronze shields with the Order's chosen standard- the White Tree Of Gondor.
Lanuvistë once attempted to inform the Order that their chosen symbol was stolen from the Lord of the Rings, but he was met with a resounding complaint. It had taken the little folk an entire month to decide on the tree, and they were going to stick with it! It had no leaves, so it was perfect, they had decided.
For the most part, Lanuvistë left the naming and specifics to be hashed out by the pixies, but he decided the ranks of each individual member of the Order- and there are quite a few. The Order numbers in the hundreds. However, there are only fifty pixies within the Order who are in fighting shape, and meet the right size restrictions set by the Autumn Lord. No pixie under three inches of height would be allowed to join the ranks of the Order's warriors. The smaller pixies are tasked with scouting, spying, information gathering, and keeping an eye on the city in general.

The Ranking Officers
Major Leif:
Leif is the highest ranking, as well as the largest, member of the Order of Fallen Leaves. She stands between four and five inches tall- four and three fourths, she would assert. While, like most pixies and smaller fae creatures, she can be flighty at times, Leif is a skilled warrior and is quite skilled in aerial combat. All reports to be given to Lord Lanuvistë are reviewed by her, personally.
Captain Maple:
While Major Leif is in command of the Order's main force, Captain Maple is in command of a small unit of elite warriors, who consider themselves to be Lanuvistë's personal guard. The guard is made up of Maple and four other pixies who are never out of earshot of the Autumn Lord.
Staff Sergeants Sweetgum, Sourwood, Hydrangea and Sassafras:
Each of the Staff Sergeants is in command of a total of ten pixies, making up four squadrons of eleven, including them. While each of these squads is capable of operating on their own, they take orders from the Staff Sergeants who, in turn, receive orders directly from Major Leif.
