Backstory:

Easily the most vicious of the brothers, Jack Frost actively works with the Winter Court as an assassin. He has also fought by Mab's side on the front lines, during times of war. Excluding the war with Ethniu, as he did not see it as his place to interfere.

Many believe that this particular Jack is also responsible for a grisly set of murders that took place in London, in 1888.

Jack Frost seems to act much like a Winter Fetch, feeding on the fears of those he slaughters and evolving over time.
