Martin Blackwood is the Personal Assistant of August Pearce. When he is not working directly for Mr. Pearce, he doubles as the head receptionist at Pearce Technologies. He is in charge of taking calls and scheduling appointments, for the most part. On the surface, he appears completely human, but in truth, Martin is a Minor Talent, as many of the employees at Pearce Tech tend to be.

Martin has been working for August for the past decade, and is well in-the-know about the Autumn Lord's activities outside of his investment in 'Green' technology. Martin works hand in hand with the Order Of Fallen Leaves, at August's behest.
