Percy is an anthropomorphic raccoon that stands upright at 4' 11" tall. He has grayish-white fur with the typical raccoon bandit-mask on his face. He has manipulative hands that are a bit better than a normal raccoon's.

He's dressed in typical sturdy used clothing but doesn't wear any footwear. He also wears a safari vest with lots of pockets as well as a bandolier across his chest with more pockets.

He always seems to be fiddling with some device or another.
