Breja's uniform is tailored and kept in immaculate condition, and accessorized with a cloak trimmed with her house's colors.  This uniform configuration isn't common for her rank, but is allowed under cultural tradition for sector nobles.

Before the war, the Chadran name was mostly known for a wine popular throughout the sector.  From outside the Nimis system, but not far   Near the end of the war, there was heavy orbital bombardment of the valley, and the Count was stripped of his title.
