A tall and slim 20-something woman with fair skin and long black hair, Winter moves with the grace of a cat. She is usually dressed in a lined coat and driving a scooter so beaten up no thief would bother stealing it.

Winter has a part time job as an assistant to Jiang Wen, owner of the Wen's Antiques pawn shop.
