Sophie-Aline de Gavachette de Marigny

Sophie-Aline was born in June 1st 1971 in the ancestral estate of her family in Basse-Normandie, scion of a family with centuries-old ties to the Armée. Her father was general Jean-Henri de Gavachette de Marigny, who obviously would have preferred a male son to continue the family tradition.

In 1989 Sophie left Marigny to study at La Sorbonne. There she started a long-term relationship with Jan [REDACTED], leader of the clandestine organisation [REDACTED]. After her graduation in 1992, she became active in the organization, writing manifestos, driving recruitment and securing funds through [REDACTED]

In the spring of the 1997 Soviet offensive, [REDACTED] returned to Poland to fight for his country and ideals. Sophie was detained at Charles de Gaulle airport and handed to [REDACTED]

There is no further information about Mlle. De Gavachette de Marigny, as she was presumed dead after the Christmas 1998 nuclear attack on Paris.

Polish freelance journalist Ewa Wislinksa appeared for the first time in the Polish front in late 1997, covering the fighting between NATO and Soviet forces.

In March 2000 she was detained by Soviet authorities while interviewing local villagers about atrocities allegedly committed by the occupying forces. For the last two weeks she has been kept at an unknown location, under charges of espionage.

Ewa Wislinska, 28, is 163 cm tall, blonde, of slender build and a keen runner. She is a native speaker of Polish and Russian, and able to communicate in broken, heavily accented English.
