Brief History:
Jenessa had a normal life, was entering college when life went to hell.  Her parents died in a car accident on their way to see her perform in a school concert.  She was a flutist and was the First Chair Flute for the first time as a freshman at college.

There was some questions about Jenessa's parents death and one night she got drunk and accused her father's boss of killing her parents, interrupting an important meeting, breaking a bottle of very expensive wine.  The police had to be called to get her out of the restaurant.
