Scampering out of the crack in the wall, well more of a hole, is a small well-kept goblin. Or at first glance he appears to be well-kept, but very quickly you can see that there are small singe marks all over the little goblin's clothes. Tools pour out of the little ones pack, only for him to quickly stuff them back in and he mumble something in Draconic.

Squee looks you up and down and points to your shoes. "Shoes go Boom?" He says once in a questioning manner. He then taps his own shoes and repeats himself "Shoes go boom." He repeats before giving you a slight smirk and then rushing past you and rolling beneath some nearby cargo.

Background
Squee hails from the Izzet League, although you may not get him to talk much about it. He left his clan at a young age due to his incredible intelligence, and while staying at the leage he gave them one too many headaches then they could deal with. It wasn't that they couldn't get him to focus on the classes or forge something new, it was Squee's insatiable apetite for explosions, fire, and drama coupled with his lack of proper communication. That is what drove him to leave the league sooner rather than later.
