Alice is a paramedic from Boston Fire Department who was taken in the zone by the sudden attack and rushed by a policeman to the shelter, not living in the zone not knowing anyone there. After the bombs were sensed, she intended to get out to help the people, but she was not allowed to and was frozen with the rest of people.

Physically, she is a slim girl with pale skin and red hair, revealing her Irish heritage. Whwn she reached the shelter, she was wearing the BFD paramedic uniform, with a waist bag added around her waist.
