Mourning Dove is a halfling woman standing just above three feet in height.  Her lush brown hair hangs in a long ponytail, her chestnut-hued eyes are wide and expressive, and a crown of small wildflowers adorns the top of her head.  A rapier is slung from her belt, and her armor and small circular shield are a matte platinum color, almost metallic white, with deep ebony highlights.

Upon closer look, though, some details are just a little bit... off.  Her hair, while thick, has scraggly threads which hang loosely over her face.  The chestnut eyes hold a vaguely vacant gaze at times, as though they belong to a woman who has seen too much at too young of an age.  The flower crown, while pretty, is faded and aged, with the vibrant shades of nature muted to a near grey.  And if one looks closely enough at her shield, the faint outline of a symbol stains the center of it, almost as if someone had forcefully pried the emblem of Yondalla from it and cast it away.
