Character Name: Jo De Vries

Jo - full name Josephine, but she's likely to punch anyone who calls her that - is a girl who started life
with nothing but really didn't mind. Her parents, barely present and certainly not interested in raising a
kid, mostly left her to her own devices. 'Independent' is an understatement; Jo learned to be tough and rely
on herself early on. While never particularly book smart, she had an uncanny knack for being able to take
anything apart and put it back together better than it was. This ability carried her through her teenage
years into various odd jobs working as a mechanic on anything and everything. From vehicles both land and
air to mechs and guns, if it's broke, she can fix it. By nature, though, she tends to be transient,
preferring not to stay in any one place too long.

Signing up for a mercenary mech company sounds like a perfect fit.

Appearance: Jo is of average height and build, around 5’5” and 130 lbs. She has a tomboyish look to her, dressing in utilitarian clothing even when she is out of the crew uniform. Her hair is brownish with streaks of blonde in it, and her eyes are hazel.
