Description:
Haakon is 6’ 3” tall and weighs 225 pounds. He has short brown hair and a beard. He has a scar on his right cheek from a sword wound, one on his left shoulder from another battle, and on on his right side. Haakon has blue eyes. He has an athletic, muscular build but, in spite of not having bulky muscles, he is still rather strong. Also, Haakon is quite agile for his size as well. He wears leather armor, has a broad sword, throwing axe, and a shield.

History:
Haakon's father, Anders, was a warrior in his village. When, Haakon was born his  birth had complications which almost killed his mother, Edia. His family consisted of his parents and three older sisters, Juli, Karin, and Dana. His sisters are now married and have families of their own. Haakon's father is too old to be a warrior and now farms.
Haakon's first raid as a warrior was difficult for him because he was a young teen. He wasn't as strong as a full grown man so combat was a struggle. He fought well and received his first wound on the raid. It was a slash on his left shoulder that left a scar. As he grew older and stronger, Haakon developed into a fierce warrior. Haakon's performance over the years on the numerous raids lead to him becoming an eventual leader of his own warband. On a raid against the Aesir, Haakon received a wound where he was slashed across the face and left a scar on his cheek. On his final raid into Cimmeria, Haakon’s warband was ambushed and slaughtered. He was severely wounded in his right side and left for dead. He somehow managed to survive and spent many years wandering around Hyboria as a mercenary..
