Portia is a slight young woman standing just over 5ft and weighing just over 100lbs with dark red hair and striking green eyes. She is not the most beautiful of women, (PB:13), but there is an aura of confidence and strength about her that is both intimidating and intriguing. She is almost always seen wearing expensive robes and an exquisite gem adorned circlet on her forehead. She rides a mystic hovercycle with an eye of eyelor prominently displayed near the front of it supplying its power. The only obvious weaponry about her is a wicked looking black leather bullwhip looped at her waist.
