Eddy Smalls

Frank and Eddy go way back. Before The Raven's Claw, even before the Jerseyburg Mob. Edd was the careful thinker, Frank the daring do-er. Their relationship was shaped by this, and they helped each other on close calls many times. It's Eddy's turn to save Frank, and he has traveled from the city of Ravens Crag to find him.
Eddy claims his that his surname is inherited, just like his tools. Still his favorite line is: "It's not about the size, but about how you use it."
