If my Marks make an Attack that does not include me and hits, and Marked is within 10,
I can Reaction Teleport Adjacent to Marked, and make a Melee Basic vs them.

can see or hear... Why specify that, if you're already making a monster check?
Effect: If your check meets or Exceeds the Hard DC for the Monster's LV (What?)

Next Turn.  Also, until End Of Your Next Turn you gain +DMG=Int(4) vs targets, but not
to DMG types they resist.

Elemental Origins: As Genasi Ancestors are native to the Elemntal Chaos (according to Race details, if not Tim details?), I am considered Elemental Origin for the purpose of effects dealing with such. (Charsheet quick blurb says Elemental origin instead of Natural).
Voidsoul: +1 Will. +5 Resist Psychic Per Tier.

Swordmage Warding: +1 AC, which increases to +3 if welding a blade with one hand and nothing in the other.

  Skill selection; Arcana, Dungeoneering, History, Nature, Religion. If already trained in all, instead +2 Bonus to those skills.
  Language Selection; Draconic, Dwarven, Elven. If you already know those, pick one language from the language list.
Level 10: You know all the Cannon languages. All of them.  Homebrew languages in a Campaign you are at the GM's mercy if you know or not.

Voidsoul: Black skin; energy lines of the deepest
lack of color; bald with utter darkness rising from the head.
  Saying Haol looks like a typical Voidsoul Genasi isn't an option.  First of all, there needs to be enough Voidsouls to establish a stylistic stereotype for there to be a typical Voidsoul.  Second of all, his elemental tracings mass into a fist sized blotch in his chest, the 'utter lack of color' giving the appearance of looking into a, well, hole.
  Hoal's facial and head lines... I'm too lazy/wording fail to describe right now.
  Anti-Glowy lines out of the way, Haol is a five and a half footish Tall white eyed, coal black skinned linebacker of a Genasi.  His bald head trailing a short flow of Utter Darkness many a Goth to come would kill for as a hairstyle.

  Hoal Dresses like a Stereotypical Jedi, with his close fitted leather armor generally concealed underneath his cliche robe look.  A cloth wrapped scabbard holds a Longsword.

Char BG:  Hoal was born to a Cindersoul Father and a Voidsoul Mother.  We'll leave it at the fact that the whole side of Hoal's Mother's family isn't around anymore, and his father left him to be raised by an Ioun Monastery early in his life.  Over the years, Hoal had carried every less than restricted book in the monastery at least once.  Ancient bound tomes can be freaking heavy, more so in stacks.  However, being an unpaid librarian for years is not the worst thing in the world, and the very deity they worshipped along with enough long silent stares making them feel awkward lead to Hoal being able to study much of the Historical and Arcane texts the order held.
  As an elder child, Hoal asked if he was ready to leave the monastery to seek out knowledge on his own.  The priests told him it was too dangerous for a child such as him to make such journeys.  Hoal accepted this for the truth it held.  As a young man, he left feeling no need to ask.  For now he was dangerous as well, and the risks of the world would face his blade if need be.
