Horus, the Blind Osprey

A weapons dealer and rumored Artifact Decrypter infamous in the An Teng underground scene.

Moderately tall and not of necessarily physically impressive stature, Horus would be very likely to blend in with crowds, if not for his striking silver hair and the eyeless, ornate silver mask he seems to wear at all times. A reclusive man, Horus is not often seen by anyone, even those he does business with. Indeed, it is said that a private meeting with the Blind Osprey is a great honor bestowed upon his guests.
