Kiana is a young girl, perhaps no older than 17.  She has a very simple beauty about her, like looking at a mountain range at sunset.  Her skin is somewhat fair, and her hair long and black.  Her eyes are slate-gray, almost blue, and seem to be confused on whether they are of the sky, or of the earth.

She wears very plain clothing, usually of earthen tones, and given her range of abilities, it suits her to use leggings instead of skirts and dresses.  Despite dressing like a 'boy', then, her sex is only really discernible through her voice (soft) and her face, which is too pretty to be that of anything with trace amounts of testosterone in it.

Her personality is somewhat cold, though it comes across more as a self-defense mechanism than sheer lack of social grace.  Though she has no physical signs of being Elemental, her behavior and demeanor betrays such things.  She is stubborn, she is quiet, and she stands firm in her beliefs.  That isn't to say that she isn't capable of friendship, or of love--it has simply been deprived her for far too long, and she is starting to lose belief in such things.

Of particular note, she wears a set of white jade boots that are easily too large for her, and when such things on forced upon her, she has been known to wear white jade gauntlet/gloves of sorts, of the kind that only a strong martial artist would consider wielding.  Though she doesn't look intimidating her physique, she her eyes suggest that there is far more to her than a simple love for wearing white jade.  And those who get that feeling would be wise to listen to it.
