Lord-Captain Kyrios, Captain of the Sapphire Blade, is quite highly placed in the ADF.  He also rules over the Falling Leaves Principality in the East, although he spends much of his time in Anthegenia, at least until the city's slow orbit brings it over his Principality.  He's never too far away though, the Sapphire Blade ensures that.

The Lord-Captain has blond hair and quite youthful looks, appearing more like thirty than his true age of over a century.  His features are marred (although that is not quite the right word, for really it adds a slightly dashing air) by a cut which crosses from his brow down to his cheek.  He's worn the wound since slightly before his Exaltation.

His dress varies from day to day, unless it is one of those occasions which calls for his uniform, dress or otherwise.  It typically includes a finely wrought Orichalcum hearthstone amulet, a gift from his mate, and a pair of hearthstone bracers.  At his belt he wears his Daiklaive, Elharkil's Edge, the pommel of which bears another hearthstone.
