Appearance

Seven Orchids Blooming is a child, clearly a teenager, but still a child in terms of her proportions. She is underdeveloped for her age, though this is becomeing less of a problem.  The reason it is becoming less of a problem lies within the daily expanding stomache of the girl, the new life that waits to burst forth as her child.  Seven Orchids Blooming is pregnant.

Dressing in a kimono and obi that might be considered 'thread-bare' or 'urchin-like', the young girl takes care of her appearance, bathing regularly and tying back her long, auban hair.  She often hides her caste mark under a head-scarf or a band of material so that she isn't so conspicious as a Solar Exalt and can walk the streets normally. Standing a little over 5 feet tall, Seven Orchids Blooming is quite pretty, even in her peasant clothes. Her rapidly growing belly and bust only seem to add to this beauty.



The only odd accessory that the girl has is a pair of battered bracers attached to some fingerless gloves that have no plam in them.

Outward Personality

Orchids has several quirks that make her easily recognisable. First among these is the fixation with her unborn child, obviously understandable. She often streaches out her back, or rubs the bump to try and make herself feel less achey. While the Exaltation means she can leap buildings in a single bound (not quite), it does not take all the pain out of pregnancy.  The mere mention of the arrangements for the birth are enough to make her lose all emotional control.

Quite timid, Orchids seems to be lear ing her place within Exalted society. She has not been heavily exposed to many Exalts until very recently, and as such can easily be awed by their powers.

Friends and Enemies

Mikal (not at Academy)
Seven Orchids Blooming has not made mention of this person, though he is always close to the surface of her thoughts. Her reaction to several of the males at the Academy can be attributed to her realtionship with this person.

Heartsease
Heartease has shown Orchids more kindness than she could have ever wished for. She sees the older woman as a strict authority figure, but one whose heart is in the right place.  Needless to say, Orchids and Authority don't mix well, but the teen can see past that part of her friend to see how loving and caring Heartsease really is.

Rana
Orchids met Rana as she wandered around looking for a way to enroll in the Academy. The girl (and her vicious dog) took her in and gave her a place to eat, introduced her to some new friends and made her feel at home.  For some reason, Seven Orchids Blooming feels a very strong bond with the girl - and sees a lot of herself reflected back at her.

Evident Truth
A mysterious man, Seven Orchids Blooming finds him hard to fathom, though she does think both he and Heartsease have something going on - she assumes it is that they are courting, but she isnt totally sure.  Truth appears in the most unlikley of places, and often says things that Orchids doesn't get at first.  He seems kind though, but she isn't 100% convinced.



Professor Naamah
If there was one person who could be described as an ENEMY in this list, it would be Professor Naamah Sleeps-with-Bunnies.  She is a despicable, evil, conniving, filthy, meany-mouthed, pinch-lipped, stuck up, snivelling, back-stabbing, biggoted, spitful, condesending, ancient, old hag.
