Quiet~Rock

Born ‘Little Rain’, Quiet~Rock was born to a healthy litter several years ago; under a Gibbous moon.
His true breeding was quickly noticed, and his mother (a Wendigo kinfolk to a now-passed tribal elder) presented him quickly to his people.
Such a pure bred pup, he drew the immediate attention of the Theurges, who claimed his decendence from, and spiritual connection, with the Wendigo hero "Sagoyewatha" (a legendary orator and leader of the Iroquois 'Seneca' over 100 years ago.
Little Rain did indeed match the appearance of the great chief, down to the mismatched blue eyes (one deep, oceanic blue; the other very pale).

As Little Rain grew, his vocal skills and charisma only reinforced this belief ... and, in fact, Little Rain regularly claimed to remember that life (among others) in great detail; sharing stories and lore from that time with great ease (and flair).
Under the guidance of the Theurges and Galliards, he has been an enthusiastic student of the tribes legends, stories and howls ... and is considered by many to be somewhat of a prodigy, with a big destiny to live up to.

True to his breeding, Little Rain recently began the adolescent changes that awoke his physical and spiritual Garou.
His people believed in multi-cultural isn; and the worthy experience of learning about the world, so he was sent to Manitou Springs to participate in a Right of Passage.
Becoming the leader of the cub-pack, they completed the Ritual Task; even facing unexpected Black Spiral Dancers.   And he earned his position among in Garou society, and the name "Quiet Rock".

Soon afterward, Quiet Rock returned to his Sept in the far north ... and has been apprenticed to the Rite Master for several years.
But with the death of that elder, he took to wandering the land ... and has ended up returning to Manitou Springs.

For note: Sagoyewatha, or Red Jacket, was born around 1758, the son of Ahweyneyonh, of the Seneca Wolf clan. Red Jacket got his English name because of the red coat that was presented to him during the American Revolution, when he had worked for the British army as a messenger. Although Red Jacket was a great warrior and had proved himself in battle, it was at the council fire where he achieved his position of prominence. In many meetings with the British and later the Americans, Red Jacket fought with words, eloquently stressing the importance of keeping the peace and defending Seneca values. When the War of 1812 broke out, Red Jacket was in his 60s, but nevertheless he led Seneca and other Iroquois warriors allied to the United States.
