Mr. Geiger stands 5'11" with an athletic build, black hair, blue eyes, and always immaculately dressed.  Beyond his stunning looks, his air of confidence, his determination, focus, and eloquence, Mr. Geiger is a leader among men.  He just seems born to be in a political leadership role.

The City Manager serves as the chief administrative officer for the City, and is appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council.  The City Manager is responsible for ensuring that City ordinances and laws are enforced.  The City manager develops policy recommendations for the Mayor and City Council and prepares the annual operating and capital budgets.  The City manager has supervisory and hiring for all City employees, except the Mayor's appointment of the City Clerk, City Attoney, and Finance Director.

Personal Statement:  Having weathered many challenges over the past year, Denver is one of the great cities of the United States, and it is on a trajectory to become one of the greatest cities in the world.  We will work to execute the Mayor and City Council's vision, making Denver a City of Tomorrow that attracts the best in industry, technology, and finance.  It is a very big WE that will continue the redevelopment of Denver.  We includes not only the City staff and contractors, but the many volunteers who serve on boards and commissions, residents who participate in planning processes, and the many non-profit organizations that partner with the city.  Together, we will make Denver an ideal city in which to live and work.
