The Age of Heroes
The year is 2072. In 2030, following a short-lived nuclear war between America and North Korea in 2025 members of the global population began to exhibit strange mutations, and in some cases superhuman abilities. Governments toppled and were reformed. Now roughly 40 years later, superhuman abilities are becoming commonplace. Magic users have come forward and Wicca and it's myriad offshoots are now accepted as legitimate religions. "Super-justice" classes are offered at local community colleges. Government registration for powered individuals is in effect. Those who fail to register soon find themselves residing in huge, new, privately contracted superjails. Superheroes have replaced filmstars and sports heroes in popular media, individual cities each having their own super teams.This game is a combination of free form, and a modified version of Marvels Superheroes SAGA rules. The game world is unique as are the characters. Each character has a 50 point build, but can add extra points by taking up to two hindrances.
New players wishing to join should submit 3 character concepts for me to consider. Once we agree on a character that will be a good fit, character creation can begin.

players who are willing and able to post at least three times a week. (Once daily is preferred ).
players who can and will post at the very least two hundred and fifty words.
players who know how to use spell check.
players who love Superhero setting and want to contribute to an ongoing, ever expanding story and develop their characters.
what you can expect from me:
I will post often.
I will never kill your character outright. If you die it will be because of your actions or because you have left the game.
I will work with you to develop your character and will write specific plot hooks to facilitate that development based on what we agree for your character.
I will be firm but fair and strive to maintain what I feel is theme/flavor of this world.
I will work with you to develop a character that you will like, but also one that will work well in this game setting.
