Maeve is a pretty, and by elven standards pretty young, devotee of Selune. She has long blonde hair that's often tied back, bright, clear blue eyes, and pronounced, pointed ears. She has a fondness for cleanliness and fine clothing, which can make her stand out on the battlefield or when assisting those in need. She also makes no secret of her religious devotion - her mithral breastplate is decorated with the eyes-and-stars icon of her deity, as is the holy symbol she carries, and she often favors Selune's blue and silver palette in her clothing.

Although the Talaviirs are known as a group for their devotion to Shevarash, Maeve seems to have given that up, as well as the serious demeanors that most of them share. Indeed, she's pretty freewheeling as religious devotees go, often traveling erratically in her own pursuits or for no greater reason at all. However, she still steps in to provide assistance when her church or her friends call on her, or simply when she decides she's needed somewhere.
