Description
  Unusually short, and physically unimposing, Malenki ('little') Mischa is easy to underestimate. A woman of apparent middle age, she is of mixed ancestry, but thinks of herself as Ungol, holding to many of the old ways. She dresses well, like a prosperous merchant, and is frequently found busy with her accounts, a pair of expensive reading glasses on her nose. A stickler for good manners, she tries to live a civilised life, apparently completely removed from the rather unsavoury activities of her subordinates. She is rarely seen without her two hunting dogs, which are fiercely loyal.
