There's a reason people say they're getting the heck out of Dodge. There's very little to do there. If you're not into cows. Finn spent most of his time as a kid running around with a camera attached to his hand. He shot short movies starring his friends and family and eventually turned them into a portfolio that got him into a film program in California. But school was never Finn's strong point and while he understood that learning about angles and theories was maybe important, he felt like real-world experience was more important. When he got a gig directing a reality show, he knew it wasn't world-rocking stuff. But he also knew that convincing his best cameraman friend from school to join him in the endeavor could manage to make it good enough to get attention. And it definitely got attention.

After Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire, he and Logan both had a steady stream of work. Until tragedy struck in the form of major personal anguish for Logan. Finn couldn't blame the man for taking a break from Hollywood, but he hadn't expected it to last 10 years. While Finn was working his way up from commercials to feature films, Logan was apparently playing Mr. Mom. Or something like that. Either way, when Logan called him up to see what he was up to, Finn felt like he owed the man enough to give him a job on his latest project. Especially since he figured Logan had conquered his personal demons by working on another reality show.

And if this movie does as well as the money people expect, Finn just might become a big enough name to start working on a few projects of his own.And isn't that what every director wants?
