Perri claims to be a lot of things that aren't necessarily true.  For instance, she claims to be 23 and she also claims her boobs are real.  She also claims to be a "Makeup Artist to the Stars" on her business cards and website.  And though she is working on the set of the movie starring Anthony MacKenna and Daphne Fisher, she will soon find a way to embellish her role to make it sound far more glamorous and exciting than it really is.

Her roommate Lilith is the closest person she has that could be considered a friend, but even that claim is a little dubious.



Born Margaret Mirabel Decker in a lowly neighborhood of Detroit, young Peggy, as she was known, spent a great deal of time making up stories and trying to impress her classmates and relatives.  The older she got, the more embellished her stories became, until she had woven a colorful tapestry around her real, less interesting life.  Few believed her, and she was frequently mocked and teased by her classmates.  The lonely girl became depressed and withdrawn, and it wasn't until her parents divorced that things began to change for her.

Her sophomore year of high school, Peggy moved with her mother and sisters into their grandparents' house in Colorado.  She completely reinvented herself, changing her wardrobe to one resembling those of the popular girls in her former school, wearing heavy makeup and coloring her newly-chopped hair.  To her surprise and delight, people loved the new her, and she began to thrive, gaining friends and even a boyfriend.

After graduating a year early, she moved to Los Angeles, hoping her newfound confidence would carry her into a successful acting career.  Unfortunately, she discovered that in the City of Angels, girls like her- pretty, but unremarkable and somewhat lazy- were a dime a dozen.  She took odd jobs just to make ends meet.

When her friend Lilith asked to move in with her, Peggy was delighted.  She eagerly agreed and latched onto Lilith, adopting her as her best friend and soul sister.  They have been inseparable in the nine years since.

In the summer of 2018, Peggy underwent yet another transformation.  She replaced all her clothes with sparkly and colorful one and enrolled herself in a short cosmetology school.  Once she graduated, she changed her name to Perri Belle (because "Peggy" is sooo 50's) and started billing herself as "Makeup Artist to the Stars" after she got a fluke job doing makeup for a backup dancer on a rap video.  Of course, her newest transformation had absolutely nothing to do with her friend Lilith's recent jobs doing makeup for movie productions; just like her boob-job had nothing to do with her neighbor down the hall getting new ones for her porn career, and her announcement that she was bi a few years back had nothing to do with another friend coming out as a lesbian.  In her mind, it's all due to her quirky personality.
