Personality:
Jamie is a very nice, very sweet southern girl, though a bit shy.   She tends a bit old-fashioned about men and women, and loves to gossip and indulge in "girly" things.  Jamie wants to be valuable to people around her and be needed, so is always ready to help others and be a good friend if someone reaches out to her.   Though she can fake being extroverted (and is actually a pretty good actress) her natural tendancy is to keep her head down and not be noticed.
She's definitely more of a follower, ready to be led into trouble as she tries to fit in .
Jamie is very knowledgable about fashion and pop culture, and is surprisingly well versed in sports trivia, for a girl.
She has a soft, lilting southern accent, and seems to be the epitome of the "southern belle", despite her athletic appearance.   In many ways, she's a fish out of water, with everything seeming to be a new experience.



Appearance:
Jamie is just over 5'10"  in her heels, and has the body of a female athlete.   She has a very feminine figure, and a generous bustline, though close inspection will indicate that a corset or girdle is used to help her fit into her more slinky dresses and tighter outfits.
Her eyes are very blue behind her long lashes, with a pretty, pouty mouth that gives shy smiles occaisionally.
She doesn't reveal a lot of skin with her wardrobe, prefering high-necked sweaters and dresses with long skirts and sleeves.   Her clothes are fashionable, though not terribly high-end, and somewhat conservative and very feminine.  Raven-colored hair falls in waves to the shoulder pads of her dress  and Jamie usually wears a few pieces of jewelry, notably a variety of chokers and necklaces, with clip-on earrings (the thought of getting piercings makes her queasy) and a couple of rings (her "significant" fingers don't have any engagement style rings, though).    Her make up is very well done, with bright red lips and nails, and expertly shadowed and lines eyes.
2" pumps or boots are almost always worn.

History:
Jamie doesn't talk much about her past.   She'll hint at family  dysfunction, but is reluctant to give details.   Her life may have been very sheltered and restricted, and she sometimes looks at the world as if she's a squirrel wandering through a dog's back yard.
When she speaks about "Mah Daddy", her innocent face has a combonation of love and bitterness on it.
