Francis is the youngest son of four to the Orville family in Scornubel. Having been told that he wouldn't be getting any inheritance from his family fortunes, he decided to make a name for himself instead. He'd been studying fencing and other fighting techniques since he was a child and to most citizens in town, he's perhaps the best sword fighter on the Sword Coast. But, with the fortunes he did accumulate, his business deals went sour. Now he resorts to hiring himself out to the highest bidder, not caring who it might be. Anyone who walks into a tavern will hear some sort of story that involves Francis Orville. It's rumored that Artemis Entreri was hired to kill Francis over an unknown deal, but how many tavern stories are actually true?
