Sebastian is from an upper class, well to do Austrian family. He's is old
fashioned to a degree only a European of his birth could be. a Scholar, his
studies in history lead him to legends and rumors of what lay behind "farie
tales". His post-grad studies lead him to England and then America where he
was when war broke out in 1914. The Chaos after the war has caused him to
remain away from home and continue in his studies and investigations.
